4. AI Agent Behavior

We design and test AI agents to follow agreed business rules and safety instructions. However, AI models can still produce incorrect or unexpected answers. Project agreements define the controls, responsibilities and limits that apply to each client system.

5. Project and Platform Fees

The proposal or agreement signed by TWINMIND and the client defines the price and terms for project work. Fees for Newo or any other third-party platform follow that provider’s own terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, TWINMIND and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates are not responsible for indirect, special, accidental or consequential loss. This includes loss of profit, data, use or goodwill caused by use of the Service, inability to use the Service, third-party content, content obtained from the Service, or unauthorised access to your information.

We may update these Terms. If you continue to use the Service after the new Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
